Ground floor is having warehouse and staging area, and it houses 16 generator of 4
megawatt capacity, to produce up to a hundred megawatts of electricity. It also
has roughly 50000 sft of spare space for future additions/Â adaptations.

First floor is having 1,500 seated space available as DR center for the clients, 80-
seater space with availability for IT and non-IT control and L1/L2 support, huge telco
room for telecom service providers, 50 meeting rooms including videoconferencing
rooms, a town hall area of 300 seater capacity.

2nd floor till seventh floor – Each plate measures 20,000-22,000sf, of which 13,000-
14,000sf of the plate area is actual server area, with raised flooring. Every floor plate
has a capacity to house up to 600 racks, in 6 kV per rack. In total there are
provisions to host 12000 racks (600 racks x 20 plates).

Terrace of the Building has frames for holding 32 chillers for cooling entire facility
along with core Data Centers spaces. Currently only few chillers have been
installed. Few are lying in warehousing area waiting to be installed.

In open area there are additional 4 generators, big diesel tanks, Rain water
harvesting, treat plants etc. The data center is provisioned with up to 66 kV line
power available from 2 sub-stations on a high-tension format (7.5 MW)

N+N redundancy for every component required in the data center
including the transformers

These are also equipped with Novec 1230 extinguishers, fire-retardant
paints on the doors that can stand glazing fire for up to 2-3 hours

200-400 kVA UPS and back-up batteries that can take the load for 20
minutes in full load.

TDC would use peak power of ~100MW. Use of other energy sources like
photo voltaic, heat pumps and evaporative cooling enables Tulip to
reduce traditional power consumption. It has 16 generator of 4
megawatt capacity each.

 To further minimize the consumption of power, the facility is equipped
with 1500 day/night security cameras, which make it possible to operate
at minimal lighting conditions. It can track every persons complete
traversing through the building starting from entry till the exit of campus.
Finance specs

Tulip Telecom Ltd, the borrower has defaulted on Loans from multiple banks. Multiple banks have
made a consortium and handed over the authority
to sell this asset to ARC. And ARC is Liquidating this
asset @195 Cr.

the building back to shape. It has physical assets
estimated to be of 50 Cr, lying in stores.
